Okay, I’ll be the first to admit it. This green juice isn’t the most attractive or appetizing to look at, but only because I didn’t add any water to dilute it! This juice blends together quite well just using fruits and veggies in a Vitamix, so I didn’t see the need to add any water.
Although this healthy green juice looks clumpy, it’s actually sweet and tasty! You taste the fruit instead of the veggies. It’s a great option for those who are averse to the taste of greens. Plus, of course, you could add a little water and dilute it! It’ll look prettier that way ;)
Ingredients:
- 1 Green Apple
- 1 cup chopped Kale
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
Directions:
Chop up the green apple into smaller pieces (like 5-6 big pieces should be fine) so that it’s easier for the Vitamix to blend. Then add the chopped kale, spinach, and pomegranate seeds. Blend until smooth, then drink! Feel free to add up to 1 cup of water to dilute the juice. If you don’t dilute the juice, you can even use a spoon to eat out of the glass.
This juice is so sweet, you’ll feel like you’re drinking a fruit juice while getting your greens!
