Happy Sunday everyone! It’s the first Sunday of spring, so I hope you are all spending some extra time outside (weather permitting, of course, depending on where you live!). Most of my favorite finds happen to be food-related this week, but I’m trying to mix in some other links too.
Because, peanut sauce. This mouthwatering salad reminds me of deconstructed spring rolls. It’s a nice way to add even more vegetables into the mix, probably making it even healthier than just fresh spring rolls. Yum. Can’t wait to try this!
Who doesn’t want to become more photogenic? Emily from Cupcakes & Cashmere shares some simple tips to look better in front of the camera. Some may argue her tips are generally what people always say but I think the way she puts everything and the way she demonstrates the outcomes of her suggestions is fabulous. I’ll definitely be taking some of these tips, although I’m usually the one behind the camera.
I’ve been really into kale lately, especially kale salads. However, I’ve been trying to branch out and find ways to add more flavor and protein to my salads. With that being said, Joy’s salad is on my list to try! I want to eat everything Joy makes.
I actually love this link because it totally reminds me of a pasta I made one night using everything I had in the fridge, and it was AWESOME. Sausage in pasta is amazing. Adding in spicy andouille sausage makes the whole pasta more flavorful, and it adds more protein too. Plus when you’ve got sausage in the pasta, you hardly notice all the other good vegetables in there.
This customized pillow looks like something straight from a home decor catalog. It’s really cute to have on a chair or on a bed! Love this idea!
