It’s that time of the month for my Birchbox unboxing! This month, Birchbox teamed up with Women’s Health to create a box themed “Power Up.” This box is all about samples that are meant to energize your routine from Power Up Challenges to beauty product I guess.
Here’s what I got in my box this month!
- RUFFIAN Nail Lacquer – Ambrosia
- RUFFIAN Dressing Room Nail Lacquer Remover Towelettes
- Juice Beauty Stem Cellular Repair Moisturizer
- Ofra Universal Eyebrow Pencil
- Harvey Prince Hello Body Cream
- 100% Pure Gingerade Shower Gel (Honey Cream Wash)
The Ruffian nail lacquer came in this beautiful, metallic purple-sliver shade. According to the information card, it’s provides a streak-free finish and all you need to do is apply a base coat and then cover nails in a single coat of this stuff. Birchbox even included a nail lacquer remover towelette to make things easier when it’s time for the polish to go.
The Juice Beauty Stem Cellular Repair Moisturizer is meant to improve elasticity and enhance skin tone. That’s much-needed since we are all doing all sorts of damage to our skin throughout the summer (it’s unavoidable!). A full-size version costs $75!
The Ofra Universal Eyebrow Pencil came in a brown, which is perfect to blend in with my black hair. I usually don’t use eyebrow pencils but if I choose to fill in my eyebrows for a special occasion, this will be my pick! It’s a water-resistant pencil that glides on.
I’m no stranger to Harvey Prince products seeing as Birchbox loves to send out samples of their products, but I never expected to get a body creme! It’s got a citrus-floral scent and it leaves skin silky-smooth.
As a bonus, I got a Gingerade Shower Gel by 100% Pure. It’s an all-natural cleanser that uses aloe and green tea to hydrate and nourish skin. I love that it comes in a small size, making it perfect for travel!
