It’s the creme de la creme of subscription boxes, and it’s finally here. What I’m I referring to? The Neiman Marcus PopSugar Must Have box, of course. PopSugar Must Have boxes are on a high tier all on their own, and this particular box is sitting pretty at the top of that tier, too.
This is easily one of the most coveted subscription boxes around right now.
In fact, I think it was after seeing this box and the July – November PopSugar boxes that I said I couldn’t wait any longer to subscribe to PopSugar Must Have.
This box isn’t actually part of the monthly subscription, meaning anybody can purchase it. However, it’s steep price of $250 makes it a “no-go” for a lot of people. The value of this box far exceeds $250 and is worth it for anyone who loves luxurious, high-end goods.
Unboxing this particular box was quite interesting. Unlike the other PopSugar boxes with the pink and white packaging, this box come in a discrete brown box, with a luxurious and high quality black box tucked inside. As soon as I removed the lid from the box, I knew I was in for a treat.
The first thing I opened? The Clare V. Foldover Clutch ($225). I knew this would be in the box since it was a spoiler, but I wasn’t too excited for it. I thought that the clutch was black and cobalt blue, which I wasn’t a fan of. Looking at it in person, I see that it’s not black, but a dark navy. Cute for a night out! Or, you can tuck it into a larger back and use it to keep essentials organized.
Next, I looked to the left and saw the Mariebelle Aztec Hot Chocolate Tin ($58). This natural hot chocolate mix reminds me of ski lodge fireplaces and log cabins. Really nice ones. This sipping chocolate is made with cacao and rich dark chocolate.
After ogling the hot chocolate, I moved on to unboxing the Monica Rich Kosann Cream Enamel Frame ($100). This silver-plated frame with cream-colored enamel border can make any photo look sophisticated.
Next up was the Lancer, The Method: Nourish ($125) anti-aging moisturizer. This moisturizer boosts the skin’s oxygen level and increases the skin’s metabolism, leaving you with renewed skin. I can’t wait to add this to my skincare routine and see the results.
Following suit were these Chantecaille products. The Chantecaille Brilliant Gloss ($33) naturally hydrates and plumps lips. The Chantecaille Supreme Cils Mascara($58) is water-resistant + lengthens and defines lashes.
The Missoni Home by Apothia Candle ($88) smells heavenly. I thought the candle I received in my last box smelled amazing, and this tops that candle. Possibly the best fragranced candle I’ve ever seen. A bright, iconic Missoni design wraps the candle, making it stand out no matter where it’s placed.
The last item I unwrapped was possibly my favorite but definitely the most affordable luxury item. It was the Swing Design Mia Glass Storage Box ($33). It’s hexagonal shape and mirrored, beveled edges would be a great accessory on a dresser or small table. It’s prefect for holding jewelry or even loose change. It looks very sophisticated and would suite anyone’s tastes. It even comes it other colors to better match any room’s decor.
The total value: 225+58+100+125+33+58+88+33 = $720. Wow. Almost 3x the value of the box.
The box is almost sold out, so if you want to get your hands on one, you might not want to wait!
