Wow, it’s already time again for Birchbox! I was totally taken by surprised to see it had arrived today.
This month’s theme was “Beauty Buzz” where they sent out products that are trending. Some of them are award winners and others are Birchbox favorites. Here’s what I got in my box:

- Bain de Terre macadamia oil NOURISHING CONDITIONER
- BECCA® Radiant Skin Satin Finish Foundation
- Evologie® Stay Clear Cream
- ChapStick® Hydration Lock
The shampoo and conditioner are nice sample sizes! However, for my hair type, I’m concerned the duo will weigh down my fine strands.
I was definitely excited to have received BECCA foundation, but unfortunately, all the foundation samples they sent me were far too dark. If you count all 6, they sent quite a bit of foundation but I won’t be able to use any of it, unless I use it to contour or as a bronzer or something. I’m pretty sure my profile says I have a medium skin tone so I was a little surprised to have received something with no color match.
I’m always looking for alternatives to keep skin clear! Definitely ready to try this cream that is a moisturizer specialized for oily skin. It balances oil levels, which I totally need.
As a bonus, I received a ChapStick with Hydration Lock. It’s supposed to hydrate lips for 8 hours. Definitely willing to give this a shot! I suffer from chapped lips on the daily. Not a cute look but there’s a vicious cycle I go through that would bore you to death.
Overall, I wasn’t completely impressed with the Birchbox this month but am definitely loving at least half of what I got! What did you get in your Birchbox this month?
