St. Patrick’s Day was a low-key celebration for me. Landing on a Sunday, it wasn’t the right time for me to really partake in the festivities, with there being work the next day and all. Amidst running errands, one thing I did manage to do was to grab a Bailey’s Irish Cream cupcake from Kara’s Cupcakes. This seasonal cupcake is a chocolate cupcake with a Bailey’s buttercream frosting and shamrock fondant on top. Delish! It felt good to treat myself to a cupcake. “Treat yoself!”
