This past weekend, my friends and I went to the Treasure Island Flea Market (for the first time!) where we bargained for vintage goods and bought a ton of items from small businesses/vendors such as prints, sunglasses, phone cases, and more.
Of course, the Treasure Island Flea Market isn’t any ordinary market. Unlike any event I’d been to, there were a bunch of vendors selling out of buses and trucks among the traditional booths like you’d see at any flea market, and a ton of food trucks!
Here are some of my flea market finds:
Flower crown // terrarium from the MakersKit booth where you made your own terrarium, Rosewood Sunglasses // bird and animal prints by Amy Rose Moore Illustration // mini vintage frames.
After spending lots of money on great finds at the market, we decided to grab lunch at Super Duper Burger in the Marina and head over to Crissy Field to search for sea glass, relax, and take in the view. The weather was perfect for a day out!
Isn’t that view perfect? We also had quite a few birds around to keep us company, but we didn’t mind. Afterwards, we headed to The Presidio, where I took a photo of this flower and we walked around!
Since The Palace of Fine Arts was close by, we decided to walk over!
After soaking in the last few rays of sunshine, we decided to get some ice cream and head home. Overall, we had a fantastic day exploring San Francisco, and we come home with some awesome new things!
